Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

1. This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
2. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 9th October 2003.
3. The reserved matters application must include full details of the access to the site, particularly with reference to the building operations required, and details of waste water disposal from shower facilities.
4. The reserved matters application must include a working plan for the protection of lizards, which have been recorded on the development site. The applicant is advised to contact the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry with regard to this issue.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
