1. This approval relates to the alterations and remedial work illustrated in drawing reference 4937-01 received on 9th October 2003.
2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
