## Re: P.A. No: 03/01472/B - Conversion of rear part of garage to additional living accommodation - 7, Thornhill Close, Ramsey for Mr. P. W. \& Mrs. M. Mitchell

I am directed by the Ramsey Town Commissioners to request that you defer any decision on the above application until such time as the Commissioners have been provided with additional information in order that they may fully consider this proposal.

Additional information required:-

- The loss of part of the existing garage area may result in insufficient parking provision off the public highway. The Applicant should indicate the proposed car parking provision within the plot boundary to ensure that off-street parking is adequate.

I would be grateful if you could arrange for this additional information to be forwarded to this Authority in order that we may make a recommendation to the Planning Committee.

The Board meet on Wednesday 17th December, 2003, following which I will contact you again.
