1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the installation of white aluminium sliding sash windows in the front elevation as shown in the location plan and photographs date stamped 14th October 2003.
3. The replacement windows must replicate the style, pattern and section of the original windows.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
