1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to amendments to the rear porch and the installation of uPVC tilt and turn windows in the north and south elevations as shown in drawing number 874/01/04 rev. D date stamped 25th November 2003.
3. No approval is granted or should be conferred by this approval for the installation of replacement windows in the west elevation.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
