Planning report and recommendations General report Site visited NO The application is for the re-roofing of a dwelling in Ramsey, replacing the existing welsh slate with new welsh slate. The application has been submitted following discussion with the applicant in response to the repair of their roof. They were not sure of the extent of slates needing to be replaced and as such I advised them to apply for planning permission to ensure that they could replace all the slates if necessary.
