1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing nos. 617.1 and 617.2, submitted and date stamped 1st August 2003.

3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

5. The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.

**NOTE:** A Drainage Connection Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development.

**NOTE:** The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
