1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The roof must be finished in slate.

Note:- The applicant is advised to consult with the Water Authority. The works will require an amendment to the existing water supply to the premises.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
