Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the conversion of an outbuilding as shown in drawing numbers $2568 / 1,2568 / 3$ and $2568 / 4$ date stamped the 2nd July 2003.
3. The accommodation created by this approval must only be used as holiday accommodation or accommodation ancillary to that of the existing dwelling. Holiday lets may only be between the beginning of Easter and the end of September, with no individual let exceeding four weeks in duration. For the avoidance of doubt, no approval should hereby be conferred by this approval for the use of the new accommodation as separate dwellings.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
