The garage is proposed to be extended to the side to create a workshop and heightend to create storage space above. An external staircase will access the upper floor. The garage is set back from the dwelling and the adjacent highway. It is reasonably well screened by existing trees so as not to be readily visible in the surrounding area. Given the level of increase in size and the location of the development the proposal is considered to be acceptable. Signed A.
