## Schedule Of Conditions

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing number $03 / 128 / 3$ (a).
3. All slate used must be dark, natural slate.
4. Details of the proposed door must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to its installation. The door should be traditional in appearance and have four panels as indicated on the drawing.
5. The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.

NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
