1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of two extensions to the rear of the dwelling as shown in drawing numbers $2525 / 1$ and $2525 / 2$ date stamped the 18 th June 2003.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
