The application proposes the erection of a 2-storey extension to the gable. This would be constructed right up to the common boundary with No. 57. 3. The issues are, I suggest: - (a) Impact on street scene; - (b) Impact on neighbours; and - (c) Impact on off-street parking space. 4. "(c)" is satisfactory, but "(a)" and "(b)" are less so.
