1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. All of the new windows must be fitted with glazing bars as shown in the first floor in the submitted sketch received on 19th May 2003 thus matching all of the windows in the elevation fronting onto Main Road.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
