Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1 & 2 Stratahalan Crescent lies in the Douglas Browenade Conservation Area and is the subject of a grant application to re-cover the roof. Whereas the re-covering of the roof is not unobjectionable, the use of sparsh slate is. Our preference would be to re-slate (utilising as a means of the original as possible) in natural blue/black slate.
