1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The premises may only open between the hours of 10:00 to 18:00 inclusive.

NOTE Whilst not directly enforceable by the Planning Authority the Planning Committee would trust that the applicant will ensure that the premises and surroundings are kept free from litter and in good order.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
