## Application No: 30035 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report The application also is the Multi-wall craft centre in Sully, South Wales. The application is for the sale of hot food on and off the premises in addition to the use of the building as a craft centre. The craft centre is currently vacant and the applicant is seeking to an a teaching style operation alongside the display and sale of arts and crafts. One objection has been received detailing concerns about waste collection, disturbance of the space and vehicular parking, he药物 (Commissioners and the Oil) have no objections to the proposal. It is considered that the provision of a teaching will benefit the tourism opportunities of the area and should help the craft centre to be financially viable.
