1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The doors must be accessible to an unassisted wheelchair use, and, if they are full sheet glass, centre sight bands must be fitted to assist those with sight impairment.
3. This approval relates to drawing number $03 / 04$, which is date stamped 9th April 2003.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
