which was considered on 22 May 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the enlargement of the approved garage and amendments to windows in the rear elevation all as shown in drawings reference 32 K and 71 received on 15 th April 2003.
3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
