Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site comprises the curtailage of a terraceal house on Palatine Road. 2. Not within one of the draft Conservation Areas, although close thereto. 3. Proposed is the installation of replacement windows in the front, and also a new front door - white PVC frames tilting casements 4. There are in this terrace assorted windows. Those now proposed are no worse than any of the others. The architectural interest of the terrace arises from the unusual finish and the modelling.
