## Schedule Of Conditions

1. This approval relates to the conversion of the outbuilding to include a study and the erection of a conservatory all as shown in drawings reference 12-03-02 and 12-03-01 received on 29th April 2003.
2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

NOTE The applicant should note that if the store and study are to be connected to the main foul sewerage system, a connection fee will be payable to the Department of Transport.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
