## Application No: 0257 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report **Site Visited** **YES/NO** The site lies between an existing house, "Glengairn" roadway, and a short path leading to a car parked roastal walk at Glengairn and Port Lewargue. Proposed here is the principle of a new dwelling on this place which is effectively part of the garden of Glengairn. The land is designated on the K82 Side/as proposed low density housing in Parkland. The whole site, including Glengairn represents 1.2 acres - the plot defined is nearer 0.4 acres. This would not comply with the provisions of Planning Circular B189. Glengairn was approved under IDO 16993 in May 6th, prior to the introduction of PG B189, despite this the 1952 order allocates the land as LDHP proposed.
