## Conditions Of Approval

1. This approval relates only to the facing of the west elevation of the extension with traditionally laid mark store.

2. The windows on the west and east elevations of the extension must be timber formed during each (which must be painted and not stained) to match those approved in the main house. The windows must have a 4 pore appearance.
