1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The new roof-lights in the front pitch must be "heritage-type" lights of traditional size and form, sitting flush with the slates.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
