### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the use of the first floor as a dental practice, as shown in the plans reference 1492-01A received on 21st January, 2010.

For clarification no approval is being sought, nor is granted to the use of the upper (second) floor as part of the dental practice and if such use is proposed, this must form the subject of a new planning application.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
