Michael Commissioners do not object to this application. The Department of Transport Highways Division has no objection to this application.

### The Proposal

This application seeks approval for creation of a set of double doors to replace an existing window on the rear elevation of the property. The doors would be the same width as the window.

ASSESSMENT The proposed development is minor in scale and would have no impact upon the streetscene and would not adversely affect the private amenity of adjacent properties.
