In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of a single storey extension to The Grange, Ramsey Road, German as shown by SC1143/P/00-01 REV A, SC1143/P/00-02 REV A, SC1143/P/10-00 REV A, SC1143/P/10-01 REV B, SC1143/P/10-02 REV A and SC1143/P/12-01 REV A all received 2nd November 2009.

3. The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.

**NOTE:** Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.

4. All roof lights installed must be "Conservation type".

5. The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
