In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted Drawing Nos. S/1102/ - 1, 2 and 3 received on 4th November, 2009.

3. Prior to the commencement of works on the approved extension, a scheme for the landscaping of the boundary between the application property and number 7, Gorse Croft must be approved by the Planning Authority. Such a scheme must introduce plants and shrubs which

will provide additional screening of the extension from the adjacent property in order to reduce inter-visibility between the properties.

4. All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwellings, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
