### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the submitted Drawings LOC 1, SITE 1, Kerb Detail (PATH2), and Photographs $\times 3$ all received on 12th November, 2009.

NOTE The applicant must obtain approval from the Network Operations Section of the Department of Transport Highways before carrying out any work within the highway Telephone 686665.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
