## Proposed Change Of Use To Self-Contained Residential Flat Lower Ground Floor, Chesterfield Hotel, 4 Mona Drive, Douglas

The lower ground floor flat has been used for staff accommodation in association with the use of the premises above as a guest house / hotel. In line with Department of Tourism requirements it was never used for tourist accommodation itself. Now it requires to be Registered as a separate flat.

The premises has been inspected by the Fire Officer and subject to planning consent has been deemed suitable for such use.

No physical changes are required. It is a one-bedroom flat with its own access to front and rear. There is a small sitting out area at the front of the building. At the rear is an externally accessed store / utility room together with sufficient space for washing line and bin store partially undercover with glazed roof.
