### PA 09/1885/B – Change of use of first floor to a beauty salon (Retrospective), 11A
Port Jack, Onchan.

The Drainage Division of the Department of Transport has assessed the above planning application
and would like to submit the following comments to your Planning Committee.

**No Objection** subject to the following conditions:-

It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of
polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must
be taken by the developer / occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation.

In the event that these applications are approved I should be grateful if these comments could
be incorporated in the approval notices.
