PLANNING STATUS AND RELEVANT POLICIES Within the adopted Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007, the following policies are considered to be relevant in the determination of this application: General Policy 2, paragraph 8.12.1, Environment Policy 35

### Assessment

This application is seeking planning permission for the installation of replacement windows. The proposal is the same as previous approved under planning permission 05/01373/B, which was granted permission on 20th September 2005. This permission has now expired. There has been no change in policy relating to replacement windows since the last permission. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
