In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 12th February 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the installation of a street light as shown and described in the drawings and illustrations received on 9th October, 2009.

NOTE It is noted that. although not part of this application, a wall-mounted light has been removed from Compton House, with neither planning permission nor Registered Building consent. The removal of such original features does not preserve or enhance the character of

the Conservation Area and its removal, and the removal of further such lighting is not condoned by the Department.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

**Guidance Note** This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
