## Department Of Infrastructure ### Memorandum To: Jennifer Chance, Development Control Manager From: Ian Brooks, Planning Officer Subject: Compliance with Conditions: PA09/01324/B - Demolition of existing dwellings and erection of three town houses with associated parking, Cliff Lodge, Switzerland Road, Douglas Date: To consider the submission of details in accordance with Condition 5 of Planning Permission 09/01324/B. Condition 5 stated: "Prior to the occupation of the development, a revised car parking layout, which deletes a car parking space and includes a bicycle storage area, shall have been submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority. Thereafter no residential unit hereby permitted shall be occupied until the car parking, manoeuvring areas and bicycle storage area have been provided in accordance with the approved plan, and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes." The agents have provided a revised car parking layout, which also shows the bicycle storage areas for each of the townhouses. I consider the details submitted are in accordance with the requirements of the condition. I therefore recommend that the details be approved.
