The Department of Transport Highways Division does not object to this application. The Drainage Division does not object but informs that there must be no discharge of surface water to the foul sewer. ### The Proposal This application proposes the removal of an existing conservatory which is 3.2 m by 5 m with a flat roof 3.4 m high and its replacement with a flat roofed extension which is slightly larger - 4.5 m by 6 m and 3 m in height. The extension would represent a continuation of the flat roof of the existing annex behind the proposed extension. ### Assessment The proposed new structure is neater and more attractive than the existing arrangement and has no adverse impact on either the property itself or the amenities of neighbours.
