1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.

2. This approval relates to the use of the premises for the preparation and sale of hot and cold food for consumption on or off the premises; the premises may be operated only within the period of 0800 - 1900 each day, except during TT fortnight, Grand Prix fortnight, and other public event days during July and August, when the operation may continue until midnight.

**NOTE:** It is recommended that there should be continued liaison with (a) the Food Hygiene Inspectorate; and (b) the Fire Safety Department; the recommendations arising from this liaison should be implemented prior to commencement of the extended use.
