### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to alterations, installation of dormers and creation of first floor and ground floor terraces as shown in drawing numbers P01 Rev C, P02 Rev D and P03 Rev A date stamped 12 August 2009.

3. No roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
