The occupiers of Grand Design, Falcon Shop Arcade, Marina Road are directly opposite the application site and as such should be afforded party status in this instance.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This permision relates to the creation of an outside seating area as shown in drawing number Site Map-1, Site Map- 2, Dimensions-1, Dimensions-2, Site Plan-1, Photographs and operational letter-1 date stamped 3rd June, 2009.

C 3. to The seating area as shown in approved plans shall not be used outside the hours of 8am and 10pm on any day, and shall be removed from the public highway after 10pm.

I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 09/09 Delegation of functions, 10/09 Delegation of Functions (Development Procedure), GC No 11/09 (Advertisements) and GC No 12/09 (Registered Buildings) all to the Senior Planning Officer
