2. Prior to the commencement of building works a sample of the roof and wall material must be approved by the Planning Authority.
3. This approval relates to the submitted Drawing Nos. 4218-LP, 4218/P1, 4218/SP2, 4218/OB1, 4218/OB2, received on 9th July, 2009.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
