### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the alteration and erection of extensions (comprising amendments to PA08/00245/B) Arrasey Barn, Arrasey Road, Glen Maye, Patrick as shown by 07/AP66910, 07/AP66901, 07/AP66902, 07/AP66903, 07/AP66904, 07/AP66905, 07/AP66911B, 07/AP66912B, 07/AP66913B, 07/AP66914B, 07/AP66915B, 07/AP66916B and 07/AP66917 all received 14th July 2009.

NOTE In accordance with the provisions of Housing Policy 11 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007, it should be noted that planning approval for further extensions to this converted rural building is unlikely since this would lead to loss or reduction of the original interest and character of the building.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
