In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of an extension to the rear elevation of Thie Gennal, Foxdale Road, St Johns, Patrick as shown by PLAN 1, PLAN 2, PLAN 5B, PLAN 6A-D, PLAN 7A-B, PLAN 8, AGL-IOM 001A and AGL-IOM 002A all received 29th July 2009.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

**NOTE:** The applicant is advised that the mains water pipe serving the adjacent property California runs through the application site. Adequate precautions should be in place during construction works in order to safeguard the water supply.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
