#### Planning Status And Relevant Policies

Within the adopted Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007, the following policies are considered to be relevant in the determination of this application: General Policy 2, Housing Policy 17.

#### Assessment

The application is seek retrospective planning permission for the conversion of a guesthouse to four flats including integration with adjacent property. The applicant had obtaining planning permission for conversion works to the building back in 2001; however, the applicant's have not converted the building in accordance with the approved drawing. The alterations to the approved scheme are relatively minor and do not create an unsatisfactory residential environment for the flats. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
