The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning applications:

- 09/00794/B Mr and Mrs Kneale – Roslyn Main Road Sulby – Erection of porch and first floor extension to dwelling house. **Approved Unanimous**

- 09/00796/B Mrs M Knight – Sunnyside Main Road, Sulby Lezayre – erection of first floor extension above existing detached garage to provide ancillary living accommodation. Reading from the plans the Commissioners raise the question "is the existing garage being demolished and rebuilt?" If this application were to be approved, a condition should be attached that allows this ancillary living accommodation to be used only by the habitants of Sunnyside.

- 09/00797/B Ms Linda Thompson – Allandale Farm, Ballamanaugh Road Sulby – Erection of a two storey extension (comprising an amendment to 07/00003/B). **Approved Unanimous**

- 09/00847/B Mr and Mrs Fellows – Pleasant View, Glen Tramman, Lezayre – Alterations and erection of extensions to dwelling house (comprising amendments to 07/02351/B). **Approved Unanimous**

- 09/00858/B Mr A Parker – Race Cottage, Glen Auldyn Lezayre – erection of an extension to dwelling house. **Refused Unanimous.** Even though the balcony has now been removed from this plan the proposed extension still encroaches on the next door property. It is too close to the boundary.
