### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the conversion of the garage into additional living accommodation, erection of an attached garage and creation of an hardstanding as shown in drawing numbers 648/001 and 648/002 date stamped 21st May 2009.

3. No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
