Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
a) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
b) any appeal has been completed.

Note 3: Rights of the appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.

Note 4: An appeal must be requested within a period of 21 days.

1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
2. The approval relates to the change of use of the ground floor only.
3. Details of all alterations to the building (including any new flue, shop front, or signage) and the arrangements for refuse storage and collection must form the subject of a separate application.
4. The hot food "take-away" business may not operate between 0030 hours and 0700 hours on Mondays to Fridays, and between 0300 hours and 0700 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Food Hygiene Officer, the Fire Prevention Officer and the Refuse Collection Authority (Douglas Corporation) during the preparation of the details required by condition (3).
