### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This permission relates to the regularisation of the quarrying works which have been carried out in respect of the site and the working of this area in conjunction with the operation of the main quarry identified in red in the plan submitted on 29th May, 2009 and subject to the terms and conditions applied in respect of PA 03/1867 and as superseded by PA 08/1638.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
