In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 13th May 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the submitted Location Plan, Drawings 00452/1, 00452/2, 00452/3, 00452/4 and Photograph all received on 16th March, 2009.
3. Notwithstanding the details submitted, further drawings at a scale of 1:10 of the timber sliding sash windows and the proposed corbels and uprights on the front elevation, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority prior to development commencing. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
