In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 12th May 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:
1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the alterations, creation of replacement pedestrian access and erection of a porch as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 07028604 and 07 028605 all received on 25th March 2009.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
4. Within one month of the completion of the new pedestrian access permitted by this planning approval, the existing access is to be blocked up as indicated on drawing No 070286 04.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
