In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment has given **EXPRESS CONSENT** to Tracy Cairns for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 26th March 2009.

In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;

#### Erection of signage at rear entrance.

The site for positioning the advert is;

#### Garrison Wine & Tapas Bar 5 Castle Street
#### Castletown Isle of Man IM9 1LF

The conditions for such placement are;

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of signage as shown in the 1:1250 Site Location Plan and two A4 photo sheets entitled 'BEFORE' and 'AFTER', all date stamped 09 February 2009.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
