### Schedule Of Conditions:
1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of a sign as shown in drawings 1:1250 Site Location Plan and two A4 photo sheets entitled 'BEFORE' and 'AFTER', all date stamped 09 February 2009.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
## Guidance Note
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
